After doing a lot of research and issues that i had with VBulletin spam issue and etc, we have decided to change the support platform. This is a hosted solution by Feshdesk that will suit our need perfectly. It have forums section, solutions section that will be filled with lots of tutorials and guides for our templates and themes, and if you have personal questions there is a ticket section that only the support can view, and the interface is clean and simple.
Sorry that we cant save vbulletin posts, and that you need to register again :( but you will be happy with the new support as you will find answers quickly using the search.
